Audit pricing is fixed before work starts. The quote reflects repo size, stack fit, source access, and recovery risk after intake and source preflight.

How the audit is priced

  • The software recoverability audit is fixed fee and prepaid.
  • The quote is issued after intake confirmation and source preflight, before substantive work begins.
  • There is no obligation to proceed beyond the audit.
  • Follow-on work is quoted separately and starts only after explicit approval and funding.
  • A full refund applies if source preflight rejects the engagement before substantive work begins.
  • Once substantive audit work starts, the audit is non-refundable.
  • Prices are stated in AUD. GST is not included unless expressly stated.

What happens after the audit

The audit stands on its own. If a follow-on slice is worth doing, Shipward issues a separate scope and quote before any implementation starts.
