Privacy Policy

Shipward may collect the information you provide directly, including your name, business details, email address, login credentials, billing details, and messages submitted through contact, onboarding, or checkout flows.

At launch, no external analytics, CRM, chat widget, booking platform, helpdesk, or marketing automation tooling is part of the default public stack.

Customer materials can include repositories, uploaded documents, tickets, architecture notes, deployment notes, internal project communications, and related technical context. These materials are not treated as a general permission to reuse customer content.

Customer materials and customer confidential information are used only to deliver the specific engagement. They are not used for model training, model evaluation or testing, service improvement, benchmarking, or de-identified analytics.

Founder-only access applies by default. Shipward does not ask for credentials, production data or logs, employee personal information, end-user or client personal information, or regulated or otherwise sensitive data by default.

Service delivery may rely on AWS, Google Workspace, Stripe, GitHub, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Vendor regions are not yet narrowed, so cross-border handling may occur where those services process data.
